Chaudhary Pig Farm

If you go down to Narora Jeevanpuri, right across from the Naps Gate, that’s where you’ll find Chaudhary Pig Farm. It is a real working farm, so it smells like one and it sounds like one too. We spend most of our time out with the animals, making sure they are fed and the pens are clean. It is hard work and the days start pretty early, usually before the sun is even up properly. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just a small space to keep the books. Most of what we do is manual labor. It can be exhausting when the weather gets really hot or when it’s pouring rain, but the animals still need tending to. We have been doing this for a while now and we know the routine by heart. It’s just a family-run kind of thing, really. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. We just raise pigs and try to do an honest job of it. You can usually find someone around the gate if you need to talk. It’s a simple life out here away from the main city buzz. We just keep our heads down and look after the farm day in and day out. It is not glamorous but there is a certain pride in keeping things running smoothly on the land and looking after the livestock correctly.
