Our poultry farm is situated at house number 256 in the Naya Ganj area, also known as Navalpura, in Khurja. It’s right in the middle of Bulandshahr district. If you’ve ever been to Khurja, you know it’s famous for pottery, but we focus on chickens. The farm is a busy place from very early in the morning until the sun goes down. There is always the sound of birds and the smell of feed in the air. We aren't a big industrial operation; it’s a local farm run by people who live right here. We spend our days making sure the birds are fed and the eggs are collected. It’s a lot of physical work and it can get quite messy, especially in the summer heat of Uttar Pradesh. Our office is just a small room at the front of the house where we keep our logs and take orders. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a sales team. People know us in the neighborhood, and they come to us when they need poultry. It’s a very basic setup. We deal with the ups and downs of farm life, like weather changes or price shifts in feed. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time without any need for corporate polish. We just care about the birds and the farm.
