We started Kulendra Singh Farmers Producer Company Limited because people in our area needed a way to work together better. It is mostly just us folks from Naglaasrouli and the spots around Pahasu in Bsr. Our office is right there at Sri Vijendrasingh’s place in the village. It’s a quiet spot, and things move at their own pace around here. We deal with the crops and the ground, trying to make things a bit more organized for the local farmers. It isn't anything fancy, just a group of us trying to get by and handle the farming business. Most days are spent talking about the weather or what seeds are coming in next. Being in U.P., we have good land, but it takes a lot of sweat to get any results. People know where to find us in Naglaasrouli if they need to talk. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where we keep our papers and meet up. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. If you’re passing through Utara or the Pahasu block, you’ll see how we live. We just want to keep things running for the families here. It’s tough work being a farmer, so having this company helps us stay connected. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our part in our own little corner. That's pretty much who we are.
