Taste Of Tandoor

If you are ever in Bikaner, you might find us over at Gol Market in the Jnv Colony. Taste Of Tandoor is the name on the front. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. The tandoor is the main thing and it stays hot for most of the day and night. We are right in the middle of the colony so we get a lot of neighbors coming in just to grab something to take home for dinner. Working in a market like Gol Market means you see a lot of things happening every day. It’s dusty and loud sometimes but that’s just how Bikaner is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished websites, we just rely on people walking past and smelling the food. The address is 334001 if you are looking at the postal code. We have been here for a bit and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a small community and we all sort of look out for each other. The mornings are for cleaning and the evenings are for the rush when things get really hectic. We just keep the fire going and make sure we have enough flour and meat for the orders. It’s not a complicated life but it is a busy one and we like being part of the Jnv Colony area. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
