Dhuaan A Club Restaurant

We’ve got our spot set up in Rani Bazar, Bikaner, right near the Pathi Pera and the big overbridge. You can’t really miss the bridge when you’re coming this way. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the older parts of the city. We call it a club restaurant because we like to have music playing and the energy is usually a bit higher than your average dining place. The building itself is tucked away near the overbridge shadow. We spend a lot of time getting the lighting right and making sure the sound system doesn't act up. Bikaner gets incredibly hot, so we make sure the cooling is always running full blast inside. It’s a place where the younger crowd likes to hang out and take photos. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we know we can make well every single night. The staff is young and they like the fast pace of the place. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there’s a birthday party going on, but we manage. We just want people to have a place to sit that feels a bit more modern. No corporate rules here, just a group of us trying to run a fun spot in Rani Bazar without overcomplicating everything. We keep the doors open late and the music going for the night owls.
