Chankya Restaurants

If you know Bikaner, you know Sadul Ganj and the Panchsati Circle. That is where we are located, right at number 69. It is a busy part of town where something is always happening. We have been operating here for some time now, and we see the same neighbors every day. The restaurant isn't anything too complicated. We have some tables and chairs set up for people who want to sit for a bit. In the evenings, the circle gets quite crowded with traffic and people walking around. You can hear the horns and the voices from outside while you are sitting here. We spend a lot of our day just making sure everything is in its place and the floors are swept. The kitchen is always moving, especially around dinner time when the local families come out. It gets pretty lively then. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People just know where we are. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. They know how people in Bikaner like things. We just try to keep the doors open on time and make sure we have enough of everything ready. It’s just a regular spot in a busy neighborhood. We like being part of the daily routine here in Sadul Ganj. It feels like home to us after all these years of working the floor.
