Balajee Restaurant

Balajee Restaurant is located on Jail Road in Bikaner, right by the Raj Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya. Being so close to the university means we see a lot of students and staff members coming in throughout the week. We are also near the New Haven Hotel and the Art Office, so the area is usually quite busy with people moving around. We’ve been at this spot for some time now, and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit. It’s a simple restaurant where the focus is just on getting the food to the tables. We don’t have any fancy waiters in suits or complicated menus. It’s mostly just us working in the kitchen and serving whoever walks in the door. The building itself is nothing special, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. Sometimes the desert heat in Bikaner makes things a bit tough, but we have our fans going and we just keep at it. We are a local business, through and through. We don't spend money on big ads; we just rely on being in a good spot where people can find us easily. Most days are just a routine of prep work and cleaning up after the lunch rush. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace by now and it keeps us busy. We just try to get the daily tasks done before heading home.
