Caffe Pane Caldo

Caffe Pane Caldo sits at 5 D 91 in the JNV Colony area of Bikaner. We are right across from the Gramin Bank, which is a busy landmark in this part of town. This is a residential and quiet neighborhood for the most part, so things do not get too crazy here. We started this place because we wanted something local for the people living nearby. Our menu is simple, mostly bread-based stuff and coffee. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we are actually very down-to-earth. The shop has a few wooden chairs and some tables that we move around depending on who is visiting. We do all the work ourselves, from cleaning to serving. Sometimes the oven takes a bit longer to heat up in the mornings, so things might be a few minutes late. We do not mind. It is just part of the daily routine in 334001. We know the neighbors and the bank staff who come in for their breaks. Bikaner can get very hot, so we try to make the shop a comfortable place to hide from the sun. We are not trying to be the biggest cafe in Rajasthan. We just want to keep the doors open and serve decent food to the folks who live around JNV Colony. It is a small business and we like it that way. Every morning we just get things ready for the day.
