Curry N Kabab

Our place, Curry N Kabab, is located in Rani Bazar, Bikaner. You can find us right in the street near the railway crossing. It’s a noisy spot because of the trains, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The address is 334001. We are just local people making food for our neighbors. There’s no big story or corporate strategy here. We just like cooking over the fire. My father started teaching me how to handle the kababs when I was young, and now I do it here. The shop is small and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. We spend most of our money on good meat and spices instead of decorations. Bikaner is a place that knows its food, so we have to stay on our toes. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. People just know where we are. When the train passes, the whole place shakes a little, but it’s part of the charm I guess. We serve what we have fresh that day. If we run out, we close up. It’s a simple life. We have a few benches for people to sit on. Most people just grab something and go, but some stay and talk. We appreciate the locals who have supported us at this crossing.
