day night restaurant

Our place, day night restaurant, is out in Nokha, Bikaner, right on the Sujangarh road. We are part of the D Paradise Hotel setup. If you are looking for us, we are near the Navli gate. Bikaner is a place that gets incredibly hot and the wind blows a lot of sand around, so we are always dusting things off. The restaurant is quite simple, just some sturdy tables and chairs that can handle the local crowd. We call it day night because we are open for a lot of hours. Travelers who are driving through Rajasthan often stop here because they need a break from the road. The atmosphere is very casual, sometimes even a bit loud when there’s a group of drivers talking. We don't have any fancy chefs, just local guys who know how to cook the regular dishes people expect around here. The kitchen is right there and you can smell everything being cooked up. It’s a practical spot, nothing more. We have some posters on the wall that have been there for ages. Some days it’s so busy we can barely keep up, and other days we just sit and watch the traffic go by on Sujangarh road. It’s a basic life but we like the people who stop by and tell us stories from the road. We just keep the water cold and the food hot for whoever walks through the door.
