RBK Palace Restaurant

If you are driving along the Jaipur Highway near Bikaner, you will find RBK Palace Restaurant. We are situated near the Vanshano Dham Mandi. It’s a good location because of all the people traveling back and forth on the highway all day and night. Being out here in 334001 means we see a lot of different faces every single day. Some are truck drivers who just need a break, some are families on a long trip, and some are just locals from the Bikaner area. The restaurant is our main focus. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure the food is ready for the rush hours. The desert heat can be quite strong out here, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as we can for anyone stopping in. It isn’t actually a fancy palace like the name might suggest to some people, but it’s our place and we take care of it. We have been here for a while now, watching the traffic go by on the highway. The Mandi nearby stays busy too, so there is always some kind of activity around us. We don't have any big corporate plans for the future. We just want to serve a decent meal and keep the place clean for the next person who walks in. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We usually start the day very early to get everything chopped and ready. It’s a lot of manual work.
