Raj Shahi Veg & Non Veg Restaurant

We are situated at Bhutto Ka Chouraha on New Gajner Road in Bikaner. If you know the area, we are quite near the Sadul Sport School. It’s a busy spot, and there is always a lot of dust and movement from the road. We do both veg and non-veg dishes, which keeps us pretty busy because we have to keep the two sides of the kitchen organized. It’s a lot of work to manage everything, from buying the fresh meat to sorting the vegetables every morning. Bikaner can be very hot, so the kitchen is usually a bit of an oven, but we just get on with it. We have a lot of students and teachers from the school nearby who come in, as well as people traveling along Gajner Road. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us and a few helpers making sure the food is ready on time. Sometimes the spice levels are a bit high, but that’s how people around here like it. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want people to leave with a full stomach. The furniture is simple, and the walls might need a new coat of paint soon, but the food is why people come. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves burning from morning until the last customer leaves and we can finally go home.
