New Heavan Restaurant

We have our restaurant set up on Ganganagar Road in the Bichhwal area of Bikaner. It is a bit out there but we also manage to serve people over in Ajmer, which keeps us pretty busy. The name is New Heavan Restaurant, though we aren't trying to be anything too grand. It is mostly a place where people stop by when they are traveling along the road or if they live around the industrial area here. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with pots and pans clanging around, but that is how you know we are cooking. We focus on food that people actually want to eat for lunch or dinner, nothing with tiny portions or weird names. It’s mostly just hot meals and cold drinks. The chairs and tables are simple and we don't spend much on decorations. We think it's more important that the food tastes like it should. In Bikaner, the dust can be a problem, so we are always wiping down the tables. We have some regulars who come in every day for their tea or a quick bite. It is a family-run kind of vibe, where we all pitch in to do the dishes or take the orders when it gets crowded. Serving two different areas like Bikaner and Ajmer takes a lot of coordination, but we have a system that works for us. It is just a regular roadside spot for a good meal and some rest before moving on.
