You can find us out in Dhorol, which is near Mandosil in the Bargarh district. We are based at Prahallad Bariha’s place on Plot 222, Khata No 4. To get here, you usually have to come via Paikmail. We are a group of farmers who formed this company to manage our agricultural work more effectively. Bargarh is a major farming area, so there is always a lot to do. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just people who spend our days in the fields. The office is a simple room where we keep our papers and talk about the business. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, from the seeds to the final sale of the crops. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. Farming is tough, and being in a producer company helps us deal with the challenges together. We spend a lot of time discussing water levels and soil quality. It’s very basic, practical stuff. Prahallad helps keep things on track. We are a tight-knit group and we trust each other. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to do right by our families and our land.
