You can find us at Yash Pal Singh’s place in Kurra Shamshabad, over in Chittarpur. We are part of the Agra region, postcode 282009. Sgvs Farmer Producer Company Limited is our group. We are just local farmers and workers who wanted to pool our resources. Agra is famous for the Taj, but out here in Chittarpur, it’s all about the fields and the crops. It's a different world from the tourist spots. We spend our time worrying about the rains and the quality of the harvest. Yash Pal Singh’s location serves as our main hub where we meet and store our records. It’s a very practical setup. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or big promises. We just work hard and try to make sure we can sell what we grow for a decent price. The summer heat here can be brutal, so we usually get an early start. There’s always someone stopping by with a question or something to deliver. It’s a community-driven thing, really. We’ve all known each other for years, so there’s a lot of trust involved. We just take things one day at a time and try to deal with whatever problems come up. It's not always smooth sailing, but we manage. If you’re ever in Kurra Shamshabad, that’s where you’ll find us, probably busy with something or other. It’s just life in the village. We like what we do.
