We've been over here in Madauli for a bit now. People around Lakhana know where we are. It’s mostly just us working with the land and trying to figure out how to make things grow better or manage the plots we have. It’s not always easy work, honestly. Some days are just long hours out in the heat or dealing with the dirt. We started Lakshya Agri Developers Llp because there seemed to be a need for it in this specific area. Most of the folks who work here grew up around farms or have been doing this kind of thing since they were kids. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. We just show up, do the tasks that need doing, and head home. Sometimes the equipment breaks or the weather doesn't play nice, and that’s just how it goes. You learn to live with it. Madauli is a quiet place, but we like it that way. If you walk by, you’ll probably see a couple of us talking about the next planting cycle or just sitting for a minute. It’s practical work. We handle the developer side of things, making sure the agricultural side stays moving. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, too, which isn't the fun part, but it has to get done. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local projects. There is nothing fancy about it.
