Dadonramnagar Ekgaon Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Husainpu in the Aligarh area. We use the space at Sarnam Singh’s place to get our work done. It is not a flashy setup with glass windows or anything like that, just a regular place where we can meet and talk about our crops. Being a farmer in Aligarh means you have to be ready for anything. We decided to pull our resources together because doing everything alone was getting too hard. The name is a bit long but it covers where we are from. Most days you will see us worrying about the weather or trying to fix some old machinery that decided to quit on us. We are just local people who know the soil around here. It is hard work and sometimes we wonder why we do it, but then we see a good harvest and it feels okay again. 202133 is our pin code and this is where we have lived most of our lives. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just grow what we can and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal. There is a lot of mud on our boots and dirt under our fingernails most of the time. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make a living in Husainpu. There are no corporate secrets here, just people working together.
