Bighapur Farmers Producer Company is based out in Bhagole Kheda. We are located near the Post-Bhagwant Nagardhanukhera Bara area in Bighapur. It’s a quiet spot where a group of us farmers decided to join forces. Farming by yourself is a real struggle, especially when it comes to dealing with the markets. We set this up so we could work together on the business side of things. We don't have any polished slogans or a big marketing budget. We just have our land and our crops. Most days, we are out in the sun working, but we meet up at the office to plan out what seeds to buy or how to transport our stuff. It’s a very practical arrangement. The address in Bhagole Kheda is where we keep our records and meet when we need to make decisions. We are all just neighbors who know each other's families. We try to help the smaller farmers around here get better access to the things they need for their fields. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life.
