We started Bhaktiraj Farmers Producer Companylimited a little while back here in our local area. If you look for us, we are right at H No 04 on Ganpati Niyailebudhana Road. It’s a busy spot sometimes with all the tractors and people moving around. Most of us here grew up around farms, so we know how much work goes into every single season. We just wanted to have a place where we could handle things ourselves instead of always relying on middle people. The office isn't much, just a practical space where we sit down and talk about the crops and the weather. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, and other times it's too much. We deal with all that together. It’s mostly just neighbors and friends working here. We don't have fancy desks or big computers everywhere, just the basics to keep the records straight. People stop by all day long to ask about seeds or just to have a quick talk about how their fields are doing this year. We try to keep things simple because that's what works best for us. Being on Budhana Road makes it easy for the trucks to come in and out when we have stuff to move. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy when it rains, but that’s just how it is. We are just a group of farmers trying to make things a bit more stable for everyone around here. It takes a lot of patience to do this right.
