Our office is at Plot No. 217 in Village-Karira. It is just a small building where we manage Sgl Agroindia Producer Company Limited. We are a group of farmers who decided to team up to make things a bit more manageable for everyone in the village. Working the land in Karira can be tough, but doing it together makes it a bit easier. We don't have a lot of polished furniture or high-tech systems. It's mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We spend our days talking about seeds, weather, and market prices. It’s not glamorous work, but it is necessary. Sometimes the power goes out or the dust gets everywhere, but we just clean up and keep going. We are locals through and through. Everyone around Plot 217 knows us. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to help our fellow producers get a better handle on their business. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which none of us really likes, but we get it done. The village is a good place to be, and the community is tight. We try to be fair and honest in everything we do. It’s just how things are done here. No need for fancy words when the work speaks for itself. We are just happy to be able to work where we live and grow something meaningful for the area.
