Sakran Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Sitapur. Specifically, we are over in the Naseerpur area. If you look for Rahul Kumar Verma, who is the son of Rajesh Verma, that’s where our main spot is located. We cover the Sakran area and the surrounding spots. It’s mostly just a collective of folks who grow things and wanted a name to put on the paperwork. Living in Uttar Pradesh, especially in Sitapur, means agriculture is everything to us. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to each other in the fields or at the house. The work is mostly about coordinating what everyone is growing so we don't run into trouble later on. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when the harvest is due, but we get through it. The office is just a place to store files and meet when the sun goes down. It’s a local effort, run by people who live right here on this land.
