We started this because we wanted a way to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. Nitesh helps us keep things running from his house. It is not a professional office by any means. We have some ledgers and a lot of muddy boots by the door. Most of our day is spent talking to the farmers who live nearby. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the harvest goes well and we can sell it for a decent price. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to get things sorted out. The roads around Bhaua Naglaharharpur can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, so things take longer than they should. We don’t mind though, because this is our home. We are just a group of people who know each other well and decided to form a company to make life a bit easier.
