Ramakrishna Vidyalayam E.M .&T.M.H.S

Ramakrishna Vidyalayam E.M .&T.M.H.S is located in the Ashok Nagar area of Anantapur. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but most people just know us as the school near the main residential part of the neighborhood. We have both English and Telugu medium classes here, so there is always a lot going on. The building is spread out a bit, and we have a few trees that give some shade in the afternoons. It’s usually very quiet during class time, but lunch is a different story. The kids bring their tiffin boxes and sit together on the benches. We’ve had to repaint the walls a few times because they get scuffed up. Our desks are a bit old, but they are sturdy enough for the students. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or relatives who sent their kids here years ago. The staff room is always full of papers and tea cups. We just focus on the daily routine of bells, lessons, and homework. Anantapur gets quite hot, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as possible with whatever we have. It’s a practical place for families living around Ashok Nagar who want their kids close to home. We just keep our heads down and do the teaching work without much fuss or fanfare, hoping the students do well in their exams.
