Our workshop is at C-25 in the DSIDC Complex in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Kirti Nagar, you know it’s the heart of industrial work in this part of Delhi. It’s noisy, dusty, and always full of people moving stuff around. We have been in this complex for several years now. Our space is filled with tools and materials. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with whatever needs fixing or making that day. The building is one of those old industrial structures that has seen better days, but it serves us well. We know our neighbors, mostly other small business owners doing similar work. We often share a cup of tea or help each other out when someone is short on a tool. The roads around here are always blocked with tempos and trucks, so getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they know where we are and what we do. It’s a very hands-on environment. We just come in, do our work, and head home. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. There is always some welding or hammering noise in the background, but that's Kirti Nagar.
