Our plant is located on Vasad Sarsa Road, right near the Sahkar Hotel. If you’re driving by that way, you can’t really miss us. We process proteins here, mostly working with agricultural products from the region. It’s a big operation with several large buildings and a lot of heavy machinery running throughout the day. The yard is usually full of trucks coming in from the local farms to drop off materials. We have a small office building at the front where we handle the daily paperwork and billing. It’s often quite busy with people checking in and out. The smell of the processing is something you get used to after working here for a while. We have a good crew of local workers who have been with us for a long time, so we trust each other. We don't have fancy titles or a complicated corporate culture. We just focus on getting the processing done right and keeping the machines in good shape. Sometimes things get backed up, and we have to work extra hours on the weekends to catch up. We eat our lunch together in the break room or sometimes at the hotel next door if we have time. It’s a very practical business. We don't do much advertising or promotion. Most of our customers are other businesses that have used our products for many years. We value being reliable more than being big or flashy. It's a lot of physical work and managing the flow of materials.
