Ingenious Industries

We are located on the ground floor of the Sagar building, which is part of the Shiv Sagar Apartments on Shri Arvind Marg. It’s right near Nana Bazaar, so the area stays pretty lively all day long. Ingenious Industries is what we call this place, though it’s really just a few of us working in a practical space. We’ve got some equipment set up for our daily tasks and a couple of desks for the paperwork. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Instead, we have solid walls and a door that stays open most of the time to let in a breeze. The traffic from the bazaar can be quite loud, especially in the mornings when everyone is setting up their stalls, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Most of the people working here live in the neighborhood, so we just walk over and start the day with a cup of tea. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders because we are too busy getting the work done. There’s usually a bit of clutter on the tables, but we know where everything is. We handle our own shipping and receiving right from the front door. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We just try to do a good job and keep things moving without any unnecessary fuss or drama.
