Our spot at Pharmanza Herbal Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot 214 in Kaniya, right along the Borsad Tarapur Road. It is quite a busy stretch of road, especially near the Dharmaj Cross Road. If you are coming from Tal Petlad, you can't really miss it. We deal with a lot of herbal materials here, so there is usually a distinct smell in the air, kind of earthy and strong. The workers spend their time sorting through different plants and roots that come in by the truckload. It’s a bit dusty sometimes. We have a small office area but most of the action happens in the processing section. The weather gets really dry around here, so we try to keep the herbs stored properly so they don't get ruined. We’ve been operating from this location for some time. There’s a tea stall not too far from the gate where the drivers wait. It’s a simple setup. We focus on getting the orders ready on time. Sometimes the shipments are late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. People know us in this part of Petlad as the herbal place. We don't have any big signs, just the plot number and our name on the gate. It's a lot of manual work and checking things by hand to make sure it's right. It can get tiring, but we stay busy.
