Flavour Restaurant

We are located at The Fern Residency, which is right on The Mall in Amritsar. Specifically, we’re in the Sona Chandi Tower at number 33. Amritsar is a city that loves its food, so being here means we have to stay on our toes. The Mall is a busy road and there is always something going on outside. We get a mix of people staying at the hotel and locals who are out for the evening. The kitchen can get a bit frantic when a large group comes in all at once. We’ve learned to just keep our heads down and work through it. There’s a lot of washing up and cleaning that goes on behind the scenes that most people don't see. We try to keep the dining area looking decent, though the carpet has seen better days in a few spots. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're something we're not. We just serve the food and hope people enjoy their meal. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know how to work together without talking too much. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the water jugs are full. It's just a steady rhythm of work that repeats every day from the morning until we close up late at night.
