Chiimneeyz Restaurant

Chiimneeyz Restaurant is tucked away in shop number thirteen at the Nehru shopping complex. We are right on Lawrence Road in Amritsar, which is a place most locals know well. It is near Baba Photo Studio, so if you find that, you’ve found us too. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. Every morning starts about the same way, with us unlocking the doors and checking the supplies. Lawrence Road can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends, but we just stay focused on our work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Amritsar. We just want to keep things running steady. Sometimes the lights in the complex flicker a bit, or the neighbors are making noise, but that’s just life in a shopping center. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It is just the staff here making sure the tables are wiped down and the floors are swept. Being in the 143001 area means we get all sorts of people coming through. Some are regulars who we see every week, and others are just passing through. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps us grounded here on Lawrence Road.
