Chandni chowk to china

We’re located in the C block market in Ranjit Avenue. That’s in Amritsar, 143001. Our place is called Chandni chowk to china. It’s right there in the middle of the market area, so it’s usually quite easy to spot us when you’re walking around Ranjit Avenue. This part of Amritsar is always full of life, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to the market. We have been here for a bit now, just running things as best as we can. Our shop isn't fancy or overly decorated. It’s just a place in the market where we do our cooking. The daily schedule of my life is pretty much set by the market hours. We start early to get everything ready and we stay until the market starts to quiet down. We get all sorts of people coming in—shoppers, local residents, and people who just work in the other shops nearby. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us in the C block. We try to keep things honest and simple. No one here is trying to be a celebrity chef or anything; we just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is clean. If you are in Ranjit Avenue, you’ll probably pass by us eventually. We’re just one of the many small businesses making a go of it here. The front door squeaks when you open it, but we haven't got around to oiling it yet.
