Cantt Club & Restaurant

Cantt Club & Restaurant is located at Plot Number 7A on Thimaya Road. This part of Amritsar is much quieter than the city center because it’s in the Cantonment area. We are right near the Cantonment Board, so there are always people in uniform or government workers around. The place has a bit of an old feeling to it, with trees around and a lot of space that you don't find in the crowded markets. We have the restaurant area and a bit of a club space where people can just sit and talk. It isn't a high-speed business. Things move a bit slower here. We serve tea, some snacks, and regular meals. The furniture is a little bit old-fashioned and the walls are simple. We aren't trying to be a trendy lounge or anything like that. It’s just a spot for people in the Cantt to come and have a break. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, and we just sit and wait for the evening crowd to show up. We have to keep the place tidy, but it's a big plot so there's always something to do, like checking on the garden or fixing a chair. It’s a very steady kind of place. People know they can come here and it will be the same as it was ten years ago. We like the peace and quiet of Thimaya Road.
