Bunty Vaishno Dhaba

Bunty Vaishno Dhaba is located at Shop No-129 in the Citi Center area of Amritsar. We are right opposite the bus stand, which means the noise of engines and horns is something we hear all day long. Because we are near the transport hub, we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through and need something to eat before their next bus leaves. We open up early and stay busy until late. It is a small shop, and things can get a bit cramped when the afternoon rush hits. We do not have fancy decorations or a big staff. It is just a few of us making sure the dal and rotis are ready. Being a Vaishno dhaba, we keep everything simple and traditional. The floor might be a bit worn out from all the boots walking over it, but we keep it swept. People come in with their luggage, eat quickly, and head out. We do not mind the hustle; it is just how life is near the bus stand. We have been at this spot for quite some time now, and we know the regulars who work in the nearby shops too. It is a practical place for practical people. We just cook the food and serve it up as fast as the stove allows. There is no fuss about it.
