BOLLYWOOD DHABA

You’ll find Bollywood Dhaba on the 3rd floor of The Celebration Mall, which is located on Batala Road in Amritsar. It’s an interesting setup. We’ve taken the traditional dhaba style and brought it into a modern mall environment. Usually, dhabas are those roadside places where people stop during long drives. We wanted to have that same kind of food and atmosphere here. We have the colorful decor and the simple seating that reminds you of those places. It gets very lively, especially on Saturday and Sunday when the mall is packed with families out for the day. The kitchen is always a busy place, with lots of noise and steam. We aren't a quiet, formal restaurant. It’s the kind of place where there’s a lot of chatter. The staff is always running around to keep up with the orders. We started this because we liked the idea of a place where anyone could come for a meal that feels like it was made in a home kitchen. We don't have a big corporate team behind us; we’re just a local crew working hard every day. Batala Road is a very busy part of Amritsar, so we see all kinds of people coming through our doors. We just focus on keeping the tables clean and the food coming out hot for the customers. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that’s part of the charm. It’s just a busy local eatery.
