M.V.Joseph & Sons

We’ve been here in Vazhicherry for a long time now. My father started things and then my brothers and I took over as the years went by. It’s a family thing, M.V.Joseph & Sons, and we just keep the doors open every morning and do what needs to be done. Our address is P.O.Box No. 86 if anyone needs to send a letter, though most people just stop by the shop. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we handle our business and talk to the people who come in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice or when there’s a lot going on in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big team of people, just family and a few helpers who have been with us long enough to feel like family. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we first opened up. New buildings go up and old neighbors move away, but we stay put in the same spot. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything, from the paperwork to the actual heavy lifting, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just what we do. We don’t spend money on big signs or anything like that. People know where to find us and they know what to expect when they walk through the door. It’s just a simple life running a business in a place like this.
