Interfish

Our business, Interfish, is located at 7/118 in the Chandiroor area. We are a small local outfit, and we’ve been operating from this same spot for many years. Like most people around here, our lives revolve around the seafood industry. It’s what we know best. We don't have a massive facility or a fancy office building with a lot of technology. It’s just a practical, hardworking space where we process the fish that comes in every day. The work is very physical and the day starts extremely early, often while it’s still dark outside. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big international company. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with people in the trade. The building we work in is simple and gets the job done without any unnecessary extras. We try to keep the workflow moving so that everything stays fresh. Sometimes the weather or the tides make things a bit difficult, but we just keep at it until the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy phrases. We are just local people in Chandiroor who have spent our lives working with fish. If you’re in the area, you’ll see us busy with our daily routines. We just focus on the work and don't worry about much else.
