Jbc International

Jbc International is over here in Muhamma Post, right in the Alleppey area. If you know the place, you know it gets really wet when the rains come. Our office is just a simple building. Nothing that would make you turn your head twice if you were driving past. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at ledgers. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in at once. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when it’s boiling hot outside. We have a tea stall just down the road where we go when things get too quiet or too stressful. Mostly, it’s just the same three or four of us here every day. We know the neighbors and they know we’re Jbc International. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name painted near the door. Sometimes the birds get into the rafters and make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a while. Alleppey is a busy place for transport, so there's always something moving on the roads nearby. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. It’s not like those big companies in the city. We just do the work and then go home when the light fades. We just take things as they come.
