You can find RD restaurant right on NH -8 in the Patan area of Ajmer. We are located very close to the Philonia Bazar main chowk. Being on the national highway means things are always moving and changing. We get a lot of people who are just passing through on their way to other cities, as well as locals from around 305816. The restaurant isn't anything too flashy or special. It’s just a place where you can sit down and have a meal while you take a break from the road. We’ve got the typical highway stop setup. The kitchen is always busy because you never know when a big group might pull in unexpectedly. We do our best to keep up with the demand. Patan is a quiet enough place except for the constant highway noise. We’ve been running this spot for a while and have seen the road change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with everything, from cleaning the tables to helping with the cooking and the dishes. It’s a lot of hours, especially during the peak travel seasons when everyone is on holiday. We don't talk much about our business vision or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food tastes okay and people are satisfied before they get back on the road. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. If you’re near the chowk, you’ll see us.
