Dada Bhojnalaya

We are located right on Foy Sagar Road in Ajmer, not too far from the CRPF bus stand. It's a busy spot especially when the buses pull in and people are looking for something to eat before they head off again. We started Dada Bhojnalaya because there was a need for a place where someone could just sit down and get a decent meal without any fuss. The place isn't fancy. We have tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. In the mornings, we start early to get everything ready for the day ahead. You can hear the traffic outside and the constant horns from the buses. Sometimes it gets quite dusty around here, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We mostly see the same faces every day, people who work nearby or live around the CRPF area. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning and making sure there is enough food for the lunch rush. We don't really do much advertising around here. People just know we are here because they walk past our door every day. The kitchen gets very hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We just try to keep things simple and make sure no one leaves with an empty stomach. It is a basic setup, just a local bhojnalaya doing what we do every day since we first opened up. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy all week.
