Inn Seventh Heaven

Inn Seventh Heaven is located in the Chotti Basti area of Pushkar, right near the Mali Ka Mandir. The pin code is 305022. Our building is an old one, built in the traditional style you see all over this town. It has a central courtyard that stays a bit cooler than the streets outside. We have rooms for people to stay in and a place where they can sit and eat. Pushkar is a small town, but it can get very crowded during the festivals. Most of the time, it is just a quiet place with the sound of temple bells in the distance. We spend a lot of time maintaining the old walls and the plants in the courtyard. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow because that is how they used to build things here. The staff lives nearby and they have been with us for a long time. We do not have televisions or loud music because people come here to get away from that kind of thing. It is more about sitting in the courtyard and reading a book or talking to other people staying here. We serve simple food that we cook in the small kitchen. Every day is pretty much the same, with the sun moving across the courtyard and the guests coming and going to the lake or the temples. It is a slow way of living.
