Ghunghat Restaurant

We are located on Khora Ganesh Ji Road over in Kishangarh. If you are driving along that way, we are right in front of the Varandavan Food Product building. It is a good spot because a lot of people pass by on their way through Madanganj. The restaurant is a very simple setup. We do not have any of those modern self-service machines or anything like that. We just have our tables, some chairs, and a kitchen that stays pretty busy from morning until night. Every day starts with getting the stoves ready and making sure we have enough supplies in the pantry for the afternoon rush. Kishangarh can get quite dusty and hot depending on the season, so we spend a lot of our time cleaning the floors and the front step. We see a lot of truck drivers and people traveling through Ajmer who just want a place to sit down for a bit. We do not try to be something we are not. It is just a local eatery where the food is made the way we have always known how to do it. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the day turns out to be busier than we expected. That is just part of running a small place like this. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners on the road. We just keep working and serving whoever comes through the door.
