Chicken Chowpati

If you live in Vaishali Nagar, you probably know where we are. Chicken Chowpati is right near Gat Well Hospital. It is a quiet enough part of Ajmer compared to the main market area, but we still get a good number of people coming through. We have been here for a bit and it feels like part of the neighborhood now. People often stop by after visiting the hospital or if they live in the nearby blocks of Vaishali Nagar. It is not a very big shop, just enough space to get things done. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the kitchen and making sure the food is ready when someone asks for it. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people are out for a walk. We know a lot of the regulars by name because they come in once or twice a week. It is just a local place run by people who live around here. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until we finish up at night. It is practical and simple, which seems to work for the folks around Vaishali Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day without any fuss or trying to be something we are not.
