Bhola Veg Restaurant

We are located right by Agra Gate Sabji Mandi in Ajmer. Being part of Bhola Hotel, we get a lot of people coming in from the market area throughout the day. Most mornings start early because the vegetable market is right there and things get busy very fast with traders and buyers. It isn't a fancy place with big decorations or anything like that. We just have basic tables and chairs where people sit down for a quick vegetarian meal before they head back to work or try to catch a bus. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic and horns right outside the gate, but that is just how it is in this busy part of town. The staff here has been around for a while and they know most of the regulars who come by for their daily lunch or a cup of tea. We don't really do anything complicated with the food. It’s mostly just simple dal, subji, and fresh rotis that we make every day in our small kitchen. If you are walking through the mandi and need a place to sit for twenty minutes, you usually find a spot here. The floor is a little worn out and the walls have been painted the same color for years, but the food is hot and that is what matters. We just keep things moving and try to make sure nobody waits too long for their plate. It is a plain, honest spot for anyone who happens to be in the Agra Gate area.
