Dumchick Restaurant

We are located right on the rooftop of the Ajmer Tower here on Kutchery Road. It has been our spot for quite a while now and we are used to the climb. If you are around the Kutcheri area in Ajmer, you have probably seen the building. It is not hard to find us since we are at the very top of the tower. Most days we are busy serving the people who work in the nearby offices or those just passing through the 305001 area. We keep things pretty straightforward at Dumchick Restaurant. There is not any fancy decor or anything like that, just a regular place where you can sit down and have a meal. The view from the rooftop is okay, though it gets a bit hot during the afternoons when the sun is out. We have a small crew here. We just focus on making the food and keeping the tables clean for the next person who walks in. It is a local business and we handle all the chores ourselves. Living and working in Ajmer means we know a lot of the faces that come through the door. We do not do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. You just take the lift or the stairs up to the top of Ajmer Tower. We are usually here from the morning until the evening rush ends. It gets noisy downstairs on Kutchery Road, but it is a bit quieter up where we are. We just keep doing what we do.
