7 SPICES A MULTICUISINE FAMILY RESTAURANT

Our restaurant is in the Sidhi Complex on Nasirabad Road. We are lucky to be right near Ajanta Cinema because it brings a lot of people to this part of Ajmer. We call it a multicuisine place because we try to cook a bit of everything. In a big family, usually, everyone wants to eat something different. One person wants a spicy curry and another wants some noodles or a snack. We try to make everyone happy. The dining room isn't huge but we have enough space for families to sit together comfortably. We are not trying to be a fancy five-star place. We just want to serve food that tastes like it was made with some care. The kitchen gets really busy on Friday and Saturday nights when the movie crowds come out. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a couple of years now. They know how to handle the rush. We keep the place clean and the AC running because Ajmer gets very hot in the summer. You won't find any corporate talk here. We just show up, open the shutters, and start cooking. We get our vegetables from the mandi nearby every morning. Sometimes the delivery guy is late and we have to wait to start some dishes. That is just how it goes. We are just a normal family spot where you can get a decent meal without spending too much.
