Our place is at number 55 on the second floor of Samet Business Park-2. It’s right near Rupali Cinema in the Laldarwaja area. If you’ve been to this part of the city, you know it’s the old heart of things and can be very noisy and crowded. We do home sales and property work. The building we are in is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the elevator is acting up again. We have a lot of maps and blueprints laying around the office which makes it look a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People come in looking for houses or wanting to sell their old places. We spend a lot of time walking around showing plots to folks who aren't quite sure what they want. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows shut tight. Laldarwaja has a lot of history, and we like being in the middle of all that energy. Finding a parking spot for a scooter or a car is always a challenge around here, so we usually tell people to come early. We are just a small team trying to help people figure out their housing situations without making it too complicated. We don’t have fancy brochures, just simple lists and some photos on our phones to show. It is a busy life, but we have been doing it for a while and we know the neighborhood inside and out.
