We operate out of Shanti Sadan Apartment, specifically at No. E 14. We are located near the Goverdhan Party Plot in the Thaltej area. It’s a decent spot, usually quite lively when there is a wedding or an event happening at the party plot nearby. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We’ve set up a few desks and some cupboards for all the property files we’ve collected over the years. Thaltej has grown quite a bit, and we’ve watched the new buildings go up from our window. People usually call ahead before they come over since we are sometimes out visiting sites or checking on houses. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s a small rental or a larger plot of land. The atmosphere here is quiet for the most part, except for the sounds of the neighborhood. We drink a lot of coffee while going through the legal papers and registration forms. It’s a lot of routine work, but it needs to be done. We don’t have any fancy technology, just the basics to get the job finished. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we like it that way. It makes the work feel more personal and less like a cold business transaction. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come without any fanfare.
