We've been at Plot No. A-15 for quite some time now. You can find us right in the Mangaltirth Complex, just across from the Dharnidhar Temple here in Vasna. It's a busy spot, especially with the temple right there. People stop in while they are out doing their errands. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk through things. We see a lot of local faces. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much near the temple, but it makes the area lively. We deal with property stuff mostly. It's just a regular local business. We know the streets around Vasna pretty well since we spend all day here. If you're walking past the complex, you'll see our sign. It gets hot in the afternoons but the spot is easy to find because of the landmark. We keep things pretty simple. There's always paperwork to do and phone calls to take. Most days we are just catching up on what's available in the area. It’s a small team here at Arjav Estate Consultant. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office. We just like being part of the neighborhood. The temple across the road is a good reference point for everyone. We've seen the area change a bit over the years. We stay busy with the local property market and try to keep track of who is selling or looking for a place. It’s what we do. It's a basic living, but it keeps us connected to the people here in Vasna.
