We are located on Ashram Road, which is one of the busiest streets you could find. Our office isn't very big, just a simple room with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about land and buildings. Being on Ashram Road means there’s a lot of noise from the buses and cars outside, but it’s a good spot because everyone knows where it is. We spend a lot of our time looking through old property maps and calling people to see if they are still interested in selling or buying. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend plenty of time driving to different parts of the city to check on plots or to meet with owners who have questions. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s just us and our knowledge of the local area. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years. People stop by all the time just to ask what the prices are doing or if we know about any new developments. We usually have a pot of tea going, and we’re happy to sit and talk shop with anyone who walks in. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few maps that have seen better days. We just try to give people the straight facts about what’s available and what the paperwork looks like. It’s a basic business built on just being around for a long time.
