Credo Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is up on the third floor, specifically Tf-1, over at the Dev building. We are right opposite Parimal Garden on C.G. Road. It is actually a nice spot because we can see the trees and people walking in the park when we take a break. C.G. Road is usually packed with cars and shoppers, so being on the third floor gets us a little bit of peace from the ground-level chaos. The office is a decent size, though we have filled it up with plenty of files and folders over the years. We have a small lift that sometimes has a mind of its own, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. Inside, things are pretty casual. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks or talking to people who drop in to ask about local property. There is a small pantry where we keep some snacks and a kettle that is almost always running. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day, even if the air conditioner is a bit loud. We have been in this part of town for a while and like being near the garden. It makes the workday feel a bit less like a chore when you have a bit of green nearby. We just keep things moving.
