Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj is based out of Bopal in Ahmedabad. We are at number 31 in the Hari Om Vila Bungalows. It is a pretty decent area, near Jaldeep and that Shyam Sharan1 spot on the Aarohi Club Road. Bopal Ghuma Road is always under some kind of work it feels like, but that’s just how things are around here these days. We have been in this bungalow setup for a bit. It’s better than being in a high-rise if you ask me. You can actually step outside and breathe. The office is basically a converted house. It has rooms that we use for different things. Some days it is very quiet, and other days we have people dropping in constantly. We handle real estate matters, looking at sites and talking to owners. It gets dusty in the afternoons when the wind picks up. We usually have tea together in the small kitchen area. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the lists we have to finish. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops for a snack. It feels more like a community here than a business district. The address is 3800058, which is right in the middle of all the new growth. We see a lot of change happening just outside our gate. It takes a while for the mail to get through the narrow lanes, but we eventually get it. The garden in the front needs a bit of weeding but we like the green.
